Enjoy classes tailored to your needs – working 121 or in small groups, in the comfort of your home or online. Private sessions in a local studio in Norwich can be arranged at an extra cost. These are perfect for anyone who is looking to start or get back into their movement practice and would like personalised support and guidance; or for those wishing to explore new horizons.
I always start with a free chat where we can get to know each other and I can learn a little more about you – how you like to move, your body history, your wishes (and dreams!). From there we can build a plan together – whether that’s weekly classes or even monthly ones that give you ideas and practices to work on before we meet again.
I also offer personalised video sequences. Again, we’ll meet to talk all things movement and bodies, then we’ll have another session in which I guide you through your sequence – with time and space for you to ask questions and for me to adjust things as needed. Then I’ll film a video for you to keep and use whenever you’d like!
I also offer corporate classes in co-working spaces and offices, as well as other group sessions – for celebrations, a unique gift or a different way to spend the weekend.
