Vinyasa flow @ The Yoga Tree: Wednesdays 12.15-1.15pm

An hour-long creative, non-linear flow class. The perfect addition to your working day and an antidote to both sitting at a desk or rushing around on your feet. If you have a desire to move and develop a practice that encourages fluidity in the body and mind, come join us.

Vinyasa flow @ Inner Space: Wednesdays 5.45-7pm

75-mins of dynamic creative flow, in which we explore non-linear movements guided by our connection with the spine, the ground and the breath. Available to those with a yoga background or not – some things you will recognise, others will be new. Different sequences will be introduced every few weeks, giving us time to explore and question our movement practice. If you have a desire to move and develop a practice that encourages fluidity in the body and mind, come join us.

movement & words: the workshop: a 2.5 hour workshop to find the mover and writer in you. You’ll be guided into movements and writing exercises that engage the senses, using words as a prompt for movement and explorative movement as a springboard for writing. No previous experience of writing or yoga is necessary, just a sense of curiosity as we discover together how both movement and words can be used for self-expression and creativity.

Venue in Norwich TBC. Price: £20.
