While restrictions are still in place, all classes will be online. I will launch in-person classes in Norwich for us to enjoy as soon as I can.

spring flow: an hour-long vinyasa yoga practice from my home to yours. In this creative, non-linear flow class, we move with intention, with a big focus on the ground, the spine and the breath. We will work on a new sequence every two weeks. Available to those with a yoga background or not – some things you will recognise, others will be new. If you have a desire to move and develop a practice that encourages fluidity in the body and mind, come join us.

A four-week series online via Zoom. Every Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm, starting 21 April. Drop-in price is £7.50 / £25 for all 4 + access to sunday slowdown workshop + 2 bonus morning wake-up recordings.

sunday slowdown: in this extended 90-minute class we’ll start with an explorative somatic practice, so you can focus on the internal sensations of your own movement as you shift from thinking mode to feeling and experiencing what is there in the moment. We’ll then get warm with a short dynamic warm-up, before easing into a combination of slow-flowing sequences and longer-held poses to unwind and bring you closer to your body and your breath. The final stage? Advanced lying down (savasana) with meditation woven in.

Next class: Sunday 9 May 5.00-6.30pm. Drop-in price is £10. Please have 2 pillows or cushions and a blanket to hand.

movement & words: the workshop: a 2.5 hour workshop to find the mover and writer in you. You’ll be guided into movements and writing exercises that engage the senses, using words as a prompt for movement and explorative movement as a springboard for writing. No previous experience of writing or yoga is necessary, just a sense of curiosity as we discover together how both movement and words can be used for self-expression and creativity.
